About Us

Fulfilling her dreams and her late mother's wishes of a better life for her children is what lead Haley Vickers a Newcomerstown native to open a new grooming and pet boutique. Haley grew up around dogs and has had plenty of other pets, including a ferret, hedgehog and pig. She has always loved animals and that passion just took off about eight years ago, all leading to this new venture, All Paws on Deck Grooming.

"I honestly realized within the past year after watching so many people ask for a groomer that we really did not have as many local groomers as the community could support and that realization is what put my new business plans in motion. Me being me, I went in head strong and full force and made it happen,” Luckily during the time of my plans unfortunately an opportunity to purchase equipment from a grooming room that had recently closed fell into my hands and the first chapter of All Paws on Deck started. From that point on I found a space and we worked day in and day out to make it exactly what I had visioned and I met some amazing staff along the way and on April 1, 2022 our second chapter started and we opened the doors. We now offer Dog and Cat Grooming services, Boarding and Doggy Daycare. We are so thankful for our loyal clients and we absolutely love our fur clients! Without you we wouldn't be where we are today.
